What we collect
Biz Wizard is a product of Capitalist Johns Limited. We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services: account details, business information, transaction records, product information and usage data. This is what enables Biz Wizard to generate insights and decision support.
Your data belongs to you
Capitalist Johns Limited does not sell your personal or business data to third parties. We share information with trusted service providers only where necessary to deliver our services, or where required by law. Where data is used to improve the platform, it is anonymised and aggregated wherever reasonably possible.
Your responsibilities and rights
You are responsible for ensuring the information you enter into Biz Wizard is accurate and lawful. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
Security
What we do
Capitalist Johns Limited implements reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. These include encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, role-based access controls and regular system monitoring.
What you do
You are responsible for keeping your passwords, devices and account credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately.
What nobody can promise
Although we work continuously to protect our systems, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. Using an internet-based service carries inherent risk.
Terms of service
What Biz Wizard is
By creating an account or using Biz Wizard you agree to these terms. Biz Wizard is a decision-support platform. Recommendations, forecasts and insights it generates are not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for the business decisions you make.
You agree to
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform lawfully
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Respect the intellectual property of Capitalist Johns Limited
You may not
- Misuse or attempt to compromise the platform
- Reverse engineer or copy the software
- Use Biz Wizard for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Liability and governing law
Capitalist Johns Limited may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi unless otherwise agreed.

- SOC 2 principles for security, availability, confidentiality and operational controls
- ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management
- ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy information management
- VPAT, to improve accessibility for users with disabilities
- Applicable data protection and privacy laws where Biz Wizard operates
Compliance is a continuous process. Some of the above are planned or in progress rather than achieved. Capitalist Johns Limited will represent a certification status only once it has been independently verified.
